Wedding Cakes - Whether you prefer a traditional tiered style, a modern stacked cake or something more unusual, our design process will ensure your wedding cake is both spectacular and delicious. Choose from traditional rich fruit cake, light Madeira sponge, chocolate cake, lemon sponge or carrot cake. Cakes are prepared with either Marzipan (fruit cakes) or buttercream before being coated in a generous layer of fondant icing. Fondant icing can be white, ivory or coloured to match your event.
Decorations can include sprays of beautifully hand-crafted sugar flowers, piped embroidery, modelled pieces and frills. Colours can be matched to your bouquet, bridemaid’s dresses or reception décor if you wish.
